MERCHANTS, CRAFTERS and FOOD VENDORS

The Festival does not send out applications for vendors because we work from a waiting list. If you are a vendor and would like to be considered for future Festivals, please follow the directions below. All vendor selections are based on the niche that needs to be filled and all selections are finalized by March 1 each year.

We have three type of vendors: Merchants - vendors who carry imported Scottish and Irish merchandise. Crafters - vendors who carry hand crafted merchandise with a Scottish or Irish theme. Food Vendors - vendors who service the Festival with different food items.

Merchants and Crafters MUST have Scottish or Irish merchandise ONLY!. Vendor contracts for our current Merchants and Crafters are mailed December 1. They must confirm their spaces before March 1. Any vacancies are then filled from the waiting list file, based on uniqueness and the type of vendor we are needing at the time.

Merchants & Crafters: To be considered for future festivals, send us a packet with the following:
1. Catalog, brochure or pictures of your merchandise.
2. Pictures of your booth set up.
3. A list of other events you have been as a vendor.

Food Vendors: send us a packet with the following:
1. Pictures of your trailer or tent set up.
2. Dimensions of your trailer or tent.
3. Power requirements.
4. Menu and prices.
5. A list of other events you have been as a vendor.
